Processing
The processing time begins the day you place your order. Typically, it takes 1–3 working days to process your order. During busy periods, such as sales or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. Once processed, your order will be dispatched.

Tracking Your Order

Once your items are shipped, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number. If you haven’t received it or the tracking number doesn’t work, don’t worry! Contact us, and we’ll resolve the issue. You can also track your order under Track Your Order on our website.

For our UK customers, we use Royal Mail.

Shipping Cost Details

We offer free shipping on all orders with no minimum order value required. All applicable taxes, customs duties, and import fees are covered by us. You only pay the amount displayed at checkout.

Change Your Address

We cannot change the delivery address once the shipment is in transit. If you’d like to update your order’s delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@richmondlondon.co.uk. Please note, we process and dispatch orders within one to three working days of purchase.

Cancellations

If you change your mind before receiving your order, we can accept cancellations within 1 hour of placing the order. After this time, cancellations may not be possible if the order has been processed or dispatched.

Damaged Package in Transit

If your package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery and contact our customer service team. If the package was delivered in your absence, please reach out to customer service to discuss the next steps.
