  • Where is my parcel? Once your order has been placed, it typically takes 1 to 3 working days for us to process it. Delivery within the UK generally takes between 8 and 12 working days thereafter. If your parcel hasn't arrived within this timeframe, please contact our customer service team for further help.
  • Where can I find my tracking number? You’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your parcel has been dispatched. Don’t forget to check your junk or spam folder, as our emails can occasionally end up there. Please note that it may take a short while for your tracking link to become active.
